The fact that you’re attending CSUN shows that you know what you want.  So let me tell you about something that very few people think they want.

When I say “fraternity,” most people think of an out of control, academically destructive, fry-your-liver-and-your-brain experience.  Now I want to tell you about a chapter that is an exception to this impression.  The social outlet that Alpha Epsilon Pi provides can be crazy at times, yet always safe and responsible.  Many also believe that while you’re enjoying the opportunities provided by a fraternity and having fun, you lose sight of your academic goals and your grades begin to slip.  However, our members strive to be the best in all we do.  Therefore, it comes as no surprise that AEPi at CSUN always has one of the highest chapter GPAs on campus.

 

Now you may ask yourself:  “Why a fraternity and why AEPi?”  To begin, studies show that 76% of Congress members, 71% of the men listed in “Who’s Who in America,” and 85% of the Fortune 500 Executives have been fraternity members.  All but two U.S. presidents since 1825 have been fraternity men, and 63% of the U.S. presidents’ cabinet members since 1900 have been fraternity men.  As for AEPi, if you’re a Jewish male, there is no experience like it on campus.  As a chapter, we have been given many awards by national AEPi last year, including Philanthropy of the Year.

 

AEPi will provide you with countless opportunities that will help build you for the “real world.”  We have a wonderful social life, but more importantly we surround ourselves with a wonderful sense of brotherhood, accentuated by our Jewish commonality.
